Job Description
Responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering Speech/Language Pathology treatments as prescribed by physicians to restore function and prevent disability in diverse patient populations.
Performs assessments, develops treatment plans, documents care, and educates patients and families, ensuring respectful and culturally sensitive interactions.
Collaborates with healthcare teams, participates in performance improvement and educational activities, and maintains departmental records and compliance.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, state licensure, and experience working with geriatric patients preferred.
Requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and physical ability to perform essential activities such as standing, lifting, and communicating effectively.
Position is full-time with benefits, scheduled weekdays, with occasional weekends, in Ironton, OH, requiring in-person work and relocation prior to start.
