Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hospital-based role in Omak, WA, with coverage in Brewster. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $44–$50/hour (DOE), with up to $10,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses and a $1,000/month housing allowance for the first 6 months.

Caseload involves approximately 25% inpatient and 75% outpatient therapy, treating a diverse patient population across the lifespan. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for professional growth through unlimited CEUs and flexible scheduling.
