Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support in a skilled nursing facility.
Deliver treatment plans to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, therapy, and family education.
Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with medical teams and families.
Supervise clinical staff and document services accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts, participate in meetings, and educate staff and families.
Maintain professional growth through continuing education and professional engagement.
Promote a positive facility culture and adhere to safety practices.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, CCC-SLP, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
Physical requirements involve patient interaction, with some desk work.
Full-time and part-time roles available, offering $58-$62/hour, health benefits, and relocation assistance.
