Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment planning, and family education.

Deliver evidence-based treatments, document services accurately, and communicate progress with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Supervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards.

Participate in professional development, team meetings, and contribute to a positive facility culture.

Maintain safety practices, manage clinical resources, and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA license, CCC-SLP, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CPR certification if required.

Compensation ranges from $65.00 – $75.00/hour, with benefits including health insurance and relocation assistance.
