Job Description
Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school in Vermont.
**Responsibilities:**
– Consult on IEPs and guide programming for students with complex challenges
– Provide direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing
– Develop and manage speech, language, and literacy goals
– Supervise SLPAs and support staff
– Manage a small caseload of students
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in communication sciences & disorders (ASHA-approved)
– Vermont Speech Pathologist license preferred
– Experience with students with significant needs
– Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
– Valid driver’s license required
**Compensation & Benefits:**
– Salary range: $70,000–$80,000, plus benefits totaling $84,868–$95,412 (2026–2027)
