Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, employee-owned therapeutic school serving students 5-22 and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Vermont.

Provide direct instruction and develop IEP components focusing on speech, language, literacy, social communication, and self-advocacy.

Supervise and guide staff implementing speech and literacy programs.

Manage a small caseload of students with significant challenges.

Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and Vermont licensure preferred.

Flexible hours and clinical fellowship year may be available.
