Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, primarily working with pediatric patients to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, orofacial myofunctional disorders, and dysphagia.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy to improve communication skills, articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
  • Document progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Educate families about speech disorders and communication strategies.
  • Stay current with research and new techniques in speech therapy.

    • Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification preferred, and experience with pediatric populations. Knowledge of medical terminology and early intervention is essential. The role is full-time, in person, based in Pineville, LA, with a pay rate of $36-$42/hour, offering benefits like continuing education and paid time off. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Pineville before starting.
