Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in adults.
Provide therapeutic interventions, supervise aides and volunteers, and develop individualized treatment plans. Document clinical activities, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with treatment and billing guidelines. Participate in care conferences, quality improvement, and department activities, while adhering to ASHA standards. Support resident safety, uphold residents’ rights, and represent the organization professionally. Work in a healthcare environment with exposure to infectious materials, requiring flexibility and commitment beyond regular hours.
