Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide evidence-based therapy per physician orders and facility policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning and discharge meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible State Licensure and CCC-SLP.
- Preferably 1+ year of SNF experience; strong communication and organizational skills.
