Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, employee-owned therapeutic school for students 5-22 and adults with intellectual disabilities in Vermont.
Provide direct instruction and consult on IEPs for students with complex challenges, focusing on social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing.
Develop and manage speech, language, and literacy programming, guiding support staff and ensuring collaborative team relationships.
Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and preferably a Vermont Speech Pathologist license; experience with students with significant challenges is required.
This position offers a flexible schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and a salary range of $70,000–$80,000, with total compensation between $84,868–$95,412 starting July 2026.
Responsibilities include caseload management, staff supervision, and developing individualized goals within a safe, supportive environment.
