Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a therapeutic, student-centered school in VT.
Join a supportive, collaborative team serving students aged 5-22 with complex challenges. Consult on IEPs, provide direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing. Develop and manage speech, language, and literacy programming, guiding staff and supporting student progress. Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and VT licensure preferred. Responsibilities involve caseload management, staff supervision, and collaboration with team members. Flexible hours and clinical fellowship year opportunities available. Compensation ranges from $84,868 to $95,412 annually, with comprehensive benefits. Position requires in-person work, a valid driver’s license, and experience with students with significant needs.
