Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs. This role primarily involves working in educational settings, with additional support in residential environments, focusing on evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches for clients with mental health and behavioral challenges.


  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy in both individual and group formats.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and mental health professionals.
  • Document progress and contribute to care plans and IEPs.
  • Offer training and support to staff and families.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and CCC-SLP preferred.

  • Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, with flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package. The position emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
