Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

The Speech Therapist provides comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility.

Conducts assessments and develops individualized treatment plans.

Delivers therapeutic interventions such as articulation, language, voice, and cognitive therapies.

Monitors progress, adjusts plans, and documents outcomes.

Collaborates with healthcare team members and educates patients and families.

Participates in team meetings and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in speech pathology, California license, and clinical fellowship completion required; 2+ years experience preferred.
