This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing patient-centered care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, documenting services accurately, and communicating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Supervises clinical staff, manages documentation for regulatory and billing purposes, and ensures safety and compliance in all activities.Contributes to team collaboration, professional development, and fostering a positive facility culture through effective communication and ongoing education.Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California license or eligibility, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.Requires physical ability for direct patient care, CPR certification if needed, and a valid license.
