Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a year.

**Position Overview:**
Provide patient-centered evaluations and treatments to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
– Document services accurately and manage billing documentation
– Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings
– Educate patients, families, and staff
– Maintain safety protocols and promote a positive facility culture

**Qualifications:**
– Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC and CA license
– 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred
– Strong communication, teamwork, and safety skills
– Ability to perform direct patient care and support activities
