Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for FMLA coverage at elementary and junior high schools in Harvard, IL. This onsite role (Jan 5 – Mar 16, 2026) involves providing direct therapy, conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and collaborating with staff and families for students in grades K–3 and 6–8 with mild–moderate communication needs.

Responsibilities include delivering speech services, completing evaluations, participating in IEP meetings, maintaining documentation, and traveling between schools. The caseload is mixed, with dedicated office space and strong support teams.

Qualifications: Illinois PEL with SLP endorsement, active IDFPR license, Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; school experience preferred.
