Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.
Conduct assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver both individual and group therapy.Collaborate with families, educators, and mental health professionals to support communication goals, especially for clients with behavioral and mental health challenges.Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to IEPs, and participate in team meetings and training.Qualifications include a master’s degree, current licensure, and strong assessment and communication skills. Experience with AAC and mental health support is preferred.
This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a salary range of $75,000-$85,000, flexible hours, and comprehensive benefits. We value diversity and inclusivity in our workplace.
