Job Description

High-paying part-time in-person SLP position with a large private office and elementary caseload.
Our team provides direct therapy, conducts evaluations, and attends IEP and evaluation meetings in person or via Zoom.
Candidates should have school-based experience, an academic-focused approach, and be familiar with MTSS and RTI processes.

  • Conduct assessments for students aged 5-10 and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and educate families on home strategies.
  • Requirements include a Master’s degree (or in progress), Washington ESA or Conditional ESA, and a clean background check.

  • Pay ranges from $55-$65/hour, with benefits like license reimbursement and a referral program.
    Work is in person, with potential for full-time contract renewal for 2026-2027.
