Seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN roles at a skilled nursing facility in Leesburg, FL.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
· Instruct patients in communication techniques like sign language and lip reading
· Educate patients and families on communication strategies
· Coordinate with dietary staff regarding swallowing rehabilitation

Requirements:
· Current SLP license and CPR certification
· Preferably 1+ year of skilled nursing experience
· Strong patient service and clinical skills
· Passion for post-acute rehab and older adults
· Ability to positively interact with residents, families, and staff
