Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for children with speech, language, and feeding disorders in Janesville, WI.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and professionals to support client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active licensure, and ideally a CCC-SLP. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Preferred experience includes pediatric settings and evidence-based approaches.
