Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for children with speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders in Janesville, WI.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client outcomes
- Educate families on communication strategies and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings and stay current with best practices
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active licensure or eligibility, and a passion for pediatric care. Preferred skills include experience in private practice or pediatric settings, knowledge of evidence-based approaches, and strong communication skills.
