Job Description

We are seeking full-time *Pediatric Speech Therapists and SLPAs* to join our multidisciplinary, therapist-owned clinics in Springdale (Downtown and West) and our upcoming Rogers location.

Our clinic prioritizes community support, ongoing education, competitive pay, work/life balance, leadership development, and mentorship. We specialize in pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy for children with various developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions, offering in-clinic services with occasional home or daycare visits.

Ideal candidates are passionate about working with children, collaborative, eager to learn, and possess a sharing attitude. Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, motivating patients, documenting care, and collaborating with a team.

Requirements include a valid Arkansas ST license, active Medicaid provider number or willingness to obtain one, professional behavior, and strong interpersonal skills. Spanish speaking skills are preferred.
