Overview: Support families and children by providing high-quality speech-language therapy and participating in a multidisciplinary team. Serve as a Primary or Secondary Service Provider, focusing on child development, family support, and coaching.
Responsibilities: Adhere to policies and regulations; build positive relationships; promote community inclusion; safeguard confidential info; support reflective learning and crisis intervention; use a coaching approach with families; evaluate children; develop and implement individualized plans; complete documentation; assist with transitions; attend training; and represent the organization positively.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Wisconsin licensure, with preferred experience working with young children and families. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
