Job Description
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language function.
Develop and implement individualized plans of care to improve patient communication skills.
Administer therapy using specialized techniques and recommend communication devices as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain clinical competency.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and refer to additional services when appropriate.
Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, with valid state licensure or equivalent experience, and at least one year of clinical practice.
Flexibility in schedule with in-person work environment.
