Job Description

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.

  • Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language function.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to improve patient communication skills.
  • Administer therapy using specialized techniques and recommend communication devices as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain clinical competency.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and refer to additional services when appropriate.
  • Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, with valid state licensure or equivalent experience, and at least one year of clinical practice.
  • Flexibility in schedule with in-person work environment.
