Job Description
This position offers both part-time and full-time roles providing family-centered speech therapy services for children aged 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities.
Essential functions include delivering play-based, developmentally appropriate therapy, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing transdisciplinary skills, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
The role involves participating in team meetings, staying current with industry advances, conducting developmental evaluations, creating IFSP goals, and providing services via in-person and teletherapy formats.
Qualifications require a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid state license, ASHA certification, and 1-3 years pediatric experience or Clinical Fellowship Year. Candidates must be organized, creative, flexible, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
