Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope of practice.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and assist in developing individualized care plans.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to improve communication and function.

Maintain current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for daily patient visits.
