Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Assess and evaluate patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in their homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support therapy goals.
  • Provide services within state licensing and certification requirements.
  • Require current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for home visits.
