Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – FT – Home Health -Clarksville

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN to join our Home Health team.

Provide assessments and evaluations for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in patients within the scope of practice and plan of care.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and assist physicians in developing therapy plans.

Treat patients to improve communication and instruct families and caregivers in therapy techniques.

Must hold a current, unencumbered license and CCC-SLP certification, along with CPR, a driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
