Seeking a Speech Pathologist to support students with autism in a non-profit K-12 school with a small caseload (10-15 students).
Primary responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing reports, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams to adapt services and promote skill generalization.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid California licensure, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with AAC methods. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 45 lbs and managing student behavior.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented, and enjoy working with children with special needs. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
