We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Therapist to provide skilled care in a 104-bed skilled nursing facility in Paramount, CA.

Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and educate patients and families on treatment strategies.

Requirements include valid state licensure, CCC-SLP, CPR/BLS certification, and experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Flexible PRN schedule with pay ranging from $50-$55/hour, paid orientation, and training.

In-person position located at the facility, with a focus on delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.
