Job Description
This part-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with the care team, and educating residents, families, and staff.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure
- Preferred CCC-SLP certification; CFY candidates considered
- Experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
