Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide expert communication and swallowing therapy at a long-term care facility.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing issues.
  • Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, including early intervention for pediatric patients.
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document progress meticulously.
  • Educate residents and families on communication strategies and safety measures.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with therapy techniques and populations served.

    • Qualifications include a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and preferably experience with pediatric populations. Strong communication skills and knowledge of physiology and medical terminology are essential.
