We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care at our location. The role involves treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, complementing your current practice.

Responsibilities include managing complex cases, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Active communication with employers and case management are essential.

Qualifications:
– Experience with work-related injuries preferred
– Licensed and board-certified or eligible in orthopedic spine surgery
– Unrestricted DEA license
– Medical malpractice insurance
– Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
