We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts.

The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers for non-surgical and surgical treatments of orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.

Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and patient care. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, and malpractice insurance.
