Job Description
The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.
Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy within an interdisciplinary team.
Documents clinical data per regulations and supports school system collaborations.
Ensures compliance with standards, maintains credentials, and participates in quality improvement activities.
Builds collaborative relationships with staff, vendors, and community resources.
Upholds professional conduct, organizational policies, and ethical standards.
Performs duties including treatment planning, on-call participation, and team meetings.
Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, Maryland LMSW license, 3+ years healthcare experience, and relocation to Salisbury, MD.
