The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting.
Delivers high-quality clinical care, leads therapy groups, and develops personalized treatment plans aligned with licensing standards. Coordinates ongoing care, collaborates with referral resources, and ensures continuity post-discharge. Maintains thorough clinical documentation, promotes recovery-oriented approaches, and acts as a clinical resource for staff. Participates in supervision, professional development, and on-call coverage, adhering to confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements include a master’s-level licensure in Maine, experience with addiction and mental health treatment, and strong interpersonal skills.
