The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting.
Principal duties include conducting assessments, leading therapy groups, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, and ensuring documentation compliance.
They serve as a clinical resource, participate in supervision, and support staff development, while promoting recovery-focused, least-restrictive interventions.
Requirements: Master’s-level licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D.) with experience in addiction treatment, active Maine licensure, and strong interpersonal skills.
Skills include clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, organization, and electronic documentation proficiency.
Work involves residential treatment with on-call duties, offering a full-time salary starting at $95,000 and benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and life insurance.
