Job Description

The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting with co-occurring disorders.

Deliver high-quality clinical care, lead therapy groups, and develop treatment plans aligned with standards.

Coordinate care, ensure documentation compliance, and promote recovery-oriented interventions.

Serve as a clinical resource, participate in supervision, and maintain professional development.

Respond to on-call needs, uphold confidentiality, and embody core values of integrity and compassion.

Requirements include a master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D.), active licensure in Maine, and experience in addiction treatment.

Skills needed are strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and proficiency with electronic systems.

Work environment is residential with on-call rotations; full-time salaried position with benefits starting at $95,000/year.
