Job Description
The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Delivers clinical care, conducts therapy groups, and develops treatment plans aligned with licensing standards. Coordinates care, collaborates with referral sources, and ensures continuity of services post-discharge. Maintains clinical documentation, promotes recovery-focused interventions, and supports staff development. Participates in supervision, on-call duties, and adheres to professional standards with active licensure in Maine. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience in addiction treatment.
