Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in a new agency.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans. Coordinate care with referral agencies, participate in treatment team meetings, and support discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation compliant with various standards and participate in crisis intervention and staff training. Ensure licensure, ongoing education, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Support trauma-informed care and collaborate with team members. Requirements include a Master’s degree, valid LISW licensure, strong communication skills, experience with evidence-based interventions like CBT and DBT, and 8-10 years of experience preferred.
