Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.

  • Provide individual therapy, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision.
  • Work with clients to empower them to reach their full potential, addressing mental health and related barriers.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and crisis services as needed.
  • Support community education, consultation, and supervision of staff and interns.
  • Maintain licensure and stay current with therapeutic practices.

    • Qualifications include an advanced degree in psychology, social work, or related fields, and eligibility for Iowa licensure.
