Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.

  • Provide therapy, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Supervise and support staff and interns, participate in community education, and contribute to program development.
  • Maintain licensure and stay current with evolving therapeutic practices through ongoing training.
  • Assist clients from diverse backgrounds across over 40 Iowa counties, promoting their independence and well-being.

    • Qualifications include an advanced degree in a relevant field, licensure or eligibility within two years, and at least two years of experience preferred. Knowledge of human growth, behavioral principles, and crisis management is essential.
