Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.

  • Assist individuals across over 40 counties with mental health, disabilities, and barriers, promoting their full potential.
  • Under supervision, plan and deliver therapeutic treatments, coordinate programs, and supervise staff.
  • Provide community education, consultation, and evaluation services as needed.
  • Maintain high-quality, efficient service delivery aligned with core values of choice, respect, teamwork, and education.
  • Qualifications include an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields, licensure eligibility, and preferred experience in mental health services.
  • Skills needed include therapeutic treatment, assessment, crisis response, and collaboration with clients and families.
