Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.

  • Provide therapy, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals with mental health needs.
  • Supervise and support staff and interns, participate in staff meetings, training, and community education.
  • Maintain current licensure, adhere to professional standards, and respond to crisis situations.
  • Contribute to a supportive, values-driven environment emphasizing choice, respect, teamwork, and education.
