Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.

  • Provide individual therapy, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision.
  • Assist in program coordination, staff supervision, and community education.
  • Maintain high-quality, efficient service delivery aligned with core values of choice, respect, teamwork, and education.
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and crisis response as needed.
  • Support interns and develop educational materials.
  • Eligible for NHSC loan repayment if working at designated locations.
