Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.
Assist individuals across over 40 counties with mental health, disabilities, and barriers, promoting their full potential. Provide therapeutic treatment, coordinate programs, and supervise staff, with opportunities for community education and consultation. Work under supervision, participate in assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning, and support interns. Maintain licensure and stay current through training; eligible for NHSC loan repayment if working at designated locations.
