Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.

Provide therapeutic treatment, assessments, and service planning for individuals with mental health needs.

Work under supervision, coordinate programs, and offer supervision to staff and interns.

Participate in training, community education, and crisis services as needed.

Maintain licensure and stay current with therapeutic practices.

Contribute to a supportive, values-driven culture emphasizing choice, respect, teamwork, and education.

Qualifications include an advanced degree in a related field, licensure eligibility within two years, and preferred experience in mental health therapy.
