Therapist (Pre-Licensed and Licensed)

Position Overview:

We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups dealing with mental health and substance use issues. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions using proven methods.
• Work with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation compliant with standards.
• Participate in team meetings to review progress and adjust plans.
• Provide crisis support and psycho-education to clients and families.
• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed in Idaho as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or pursuing licensure with supervised clinical experience.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, or EMDR is preferred.
• Team-oriented, ethical, compassionate, and motivated.
