Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups dealing with mental health and substance use issues. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions using proven methods.
- Work with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation compliant with standards.
- Participate in team meetings to review progress and adjust plans.
- Provide crisis support and psycho-education to clients and families.
- Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed in Idaho as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or pursuing licensure with supervised clinical experience.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, or EMDR is preferred.
- Team-oriented, ethical, compassionate, and motivated.
