Job Description
We are immediately hiring PRN home & community-based therapists in Wichita and nearby areas.
- Requires degree from an accredited institution in OT, PT, SLP, psychology, counseling, social work, rehab, or special education.
- Current Kansas state licensure.
- Willing to work with diverse age groups and disabilities.
- Certification in CPR/BFA/AED or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage caseloads independently.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with SOAP or PAIP documentation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities include evaluating clients, developing and implementing support plans, documenting activities, and participating in team meetings. The role focuses on helping aging and disabled individuals maintain meaningful lifestyles through various therapies.
Flexible scheduling allows for seasonal, part-time, or full-time work, with caseload management and scheduling autonomy. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid time off, professional development, and more.
