Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Provide acute and episodic care independently in a fast-paced clinic environment. Perform procedures like laceration repair, wound care, and splinting. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients. Manage a patient volume of 3–4 per hour with support from protocols and a support team. Work 3 shifts of 12 hours weekly, including rotating weekends, with no on-call required. Earn $55–$70/hour with potential incentives, totaling approximately $103K–$131K annually.
